This role owns the strategy and execution of Luma Health’s Workflow Builder & Gallery—the no-code engine and template library that lets customers create care workflows fast, without tedious EHR configuration. You’ll define how users use triggers to enroll patients, add conditional logic, use actions to guide patients across channels, string together agentic AI with human-in-the-loop guardrails, and more.
This product manager will work in close collaboration with our experienced engineering, product, design, and customer-facing teams to develop that vision, and bring it to life, to make the experience of negotiating, underwriting, and closing transactions on Crux efficient, intelligent, and seamless. The role will require a combination of collaboration and workflow software, delivered alongside LLM-driven automation and first and third-party data.
